Private Maternity Care at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital
The Kensington Wing provides luxury en suite rooms within a dedicated, well-established private maternity unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, one of the safest hospitals in London. We offer consultant-led and midwife-led care, as well as antenatal classes, scanning services, neonatal baby checks and a community postnatal package.
Consultant-led care
Our consultant obstetricians work closely with our midwives, nursing assistants and non-clinical staff to ensure that all our patients have a safe and stress-free experience. The Kensington Wing team is experienced and diverse and you can choose your preferred consultant to manage your care.
Midwife-led care
Women and birthing people who are categorised as low-risk and meet our eligibility criteria are able to choose midwife-led care. Our dedicated team of experienced midwives will look after you and are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for advice or concerns throughout your pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period.
We welcome you to come and visit us for a tour of the unit, but for your convenience we also have a virtual gallery and 360-degree tour of our reception, delivery rooms, postnatal rooms and the luxury postnatal Kensington Suite.
