Post Baby Kick-Start

The Post Baby Kick-Start course is designed and run by Lyndon Littlefair from Yummy Tummies.  This is a six week course designed specifically for new mums in order to safely restore their energy and to start the process of feeling more like themselves again.

It has been designed by Lyndon who has three decades of experience helping new Mums just like you.

Yummy Tummies’ Post Baby Kick-Start is a six-week course specifically focusing on helping new mums maximise their postnatal recovery.

Throughout the course we will help you develop strategies to:

  • Feel energised and awake
  • Boost your immune system
  • Create more energy
  • Exercise safely without injuring yourself
  • Determine the starting point for exercise
  • Improve your overall wellbeing
  • Thrive and not just survive

The Post Baby Kick-Start course was designed to help new mums do more than just survive.  There are so many courses out there focusing on the baby, I thought it was a great idea to put together a course which would focus specifically on mums.

Here’s a little of what you will learn over the six-week course:

Week 1:

We cover all things pelvic floor.  We also look at the concept of Postnatal Wellness

Week 2:

Let’s talk about your sleep…

We look at various strategies to improve the quality of your sleep even when you are getting so little.

Week 3:

Pelvic floor activation and integration. We look at the flow of exercise and why it is important during this time.

Week 4:

Key considerations to help prevent injuries and pain.  By looking at the key movement patterns that are performed on a daily basis, we can make these more efficient and safer.

Week 5:

Creating healthy eating habits and ways to make them a part of your daily life.

Week 6:

This week, we look at stress, the various forms it comes in, the effects it has on the body and various strategies we can adapt to cope with it.
