Your Visit
Booking an appointment
Our International Patient team provides support to all international patients. For international patients receiving support from a sponsor or embassy, we must receive a letter of guarantee before starting a treatment. Our team will take care of the correspondence related to the letter of guarantee with your embassy directly. However, we ask for your help in coordination with your embassy to ensure that the letter of guarantee is delivered to the hospital before your appointment.
Patient registration
When you arrive at The Kensington Wing for your first appointment, you will have to complete a registration form; to ensure this goes smoothly, please make sure you have the following with you:
- A copy of your passport
- Full home address
- Letter of guarantee
During your stay
We have a 24-hour telephone interpreting service for patients who do not speak English. We can also arrange for face-to-face interpretation if you prefer. For Arabic speaking patients and their families, we have interpreters and general support within the hospital. This service is available Monday to Friday from 8am–8pm, interpreters are also provided on Saturdays, Sundays and during official holidays when needed.
Catering services
Our special comprehensive menu offers a wide variety of foods that includes catering to special dietary requirements, Halal and vegetarian foods, as well as light snack options available outside of major meal times.
